Are you the tour operator or a salesperson?


This website belongs to the tour operating team. We conduct tours/retreats on Amura II and Whispers II. Reserving your retreat on our website enables you to bypass any middlemen, resellers, or brokers that dominate the luxury charter business. Instead, you will be able to work directly with our team to plan your retreat.




Can you accomodate special food and drink requests?


We are happy to address special requests from our guests. Our retreats onboard the Amura II and Whispers II cater to a delicious, and highly nourishing, 100% plant based menu. Our on-board chefs are highly trained and have extensive experience accommodating guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, and other concerns. Please provide us with advance notice of your requests and we'll make every effort to meet your needs.




Do we have to depart at a set time?


We will communicate with you about the set departure time, however we are happy to make every effort to accomodate the preferences of our guests.




How many boats do you operate?


We operate the Amura II and Whispers II. Please let us know any further questions you may have about our luxury catamaran's.




What is your cancellation policy?


If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your trip date you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel your reservation at least a week before your trip date we will be happy to reschedule your tour date at no penalty. If you cancel less than week before your trip date, your payment will not be refunded. If the wind is blowing at more than 28 knots on your tour date, we will refund you in full.




Can we customize our retreat itinerary?


We have developed an itinerary for our retreats where all activities aboard are optional participation. We will be visiting mainly Exuman Islands on our tours and retreats. If you wish to visit specific sites we are happy to accomodate your wish, please let us know and we will see if it fits within the time constraints, weather and safety conditions.




How and where do we meet you?


In The Bahamas, our boats depart from the Nassau Yacht Haven Marina ( 70 east bay street ) in Nassau. The marina is located just to the east of the Paradise Island Bridge that connects Nassau to Paradise Island. If you are staying in Nassau or flying into the international airport on the island, we would be happy to arrange a complimentary pick-up.




How far in advance should I make a reservation?


You can make a reservation up to a year in advance through our online reservation system. You can also book a tour, if a boat is available, up to two weeks before you set sail. It's wise to make your reservations a few months in advance.




Will my credit card be charged in full when I make a reservation online?


You will be charged a deposit that is 50% of the total Retreat cost, and the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days before departure.
